For optimum results with SUPERCLEAN AS II and other descaling chemicals, follow these parameters:
Mix 6–10% of the concentrate in water and stir until the solution is uniform.
Heat the descaling solution to 70–80°C to accelerate scale breakdown and cleaning efficiency.
Dip components for 10–15 minutes. Use tumbling, circulation, or ultrasonic agitation for SS tubes, pipes, and heat exchanger bundles to improve internal cleaning.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove loosened scale and residues, then air dry or blow dry the components. Follow with passivation where required.
